Practise with me whenever you wish.

This library of on-demand offerings centre embodied practices of joy and belonging that will reflect my ever changing practice and interests. Whether you’re here to explore recreationally or professionally, or simply out of curiosity, I hope you can immerse, in both depth and breadth, the practice of movement as expression and connection towards a body-centred lifestyle. This is for you if you resonate with multimodal approaches to movement and philosophy through a queer and Eastern praxis. If you are financially stretched, please contact me directly for a code that will give you access to a reduced price for these classes.

fall into place
fall into place
Let your body fall into place. It’s one of the best advice I’ve personally received regarding movement during my time at Trinity Laban. To land our bodies concisely through greater intention, minimise the unnecessary fidgets and shuffles, and simply #trust in the architecture of the body to surrender towards a journey than a predetermined destination. Try to flow freely today, or your own adaptation of this one. See where your body takes you. Let it surprise you! And tell me all about your experience 🤗.
